Kira is at the stage where she loves helping me unload the dishwasher. When I am unloading it is very helpful, not so much when I am trying to load.

Takin' a Ride
Last night before Kira went to bed, Blake was pushing her in his dirty clothes basket all around the house. He put a pillow in there to make her comfortable and then ended putting her blanket on top of her. At one point she was sucking on her bottle and loving her blanket while he pushed her. It was so funny to watch.

The Wave
Kira has now learned to wave bye bye. Well its more of her fingers moving up and down, but it is so cute. This picture shows her starting to wave, I should figure out how to put a video of it on so you can see the whole motion.

Kira in trouble for the first time
Kira got in trouble this week for the very first time, well not really. She got into my drawer with all the ziploc baggies and pulled each one out, it was really cute. Her face on one pictures says it all, she knew she was caught. She is so nosey now-a-days.

Sleepy Heads
I thought these pictures were cute of Landin and Kira. Landin came home from school with wet pants because of the snow so he took them off and laid on the couch and immediately fell asleep. Kira was falling asleep on Jesse, she always plays with her hair when she is tired. What peaceful children when they are asleep.

The beach
While we were in So Cal we of course couldn't pass up on going to the beach. This was the first time my boys have been to the ocean. Well I don't really count when Landin was 1 mo. and Blake was 18 mo., they don't even remember that. They had a great time chasing the waves and beachcombing, too bad there wasn't a whole lot of shells to find.

Lego Land's Sea Life Aquarium
While at Lego Land we were able to go to the Sea Life Aquarium next door. It was neat to see all different types of fish. The boys really enjoyed watching the ray's be fed. There were a lot of hands on things which was nice since kids like to touch everything.

Lego Land
For Christmas this year instead of toys, the boys got to go to Lego Land. It was so much fun! We went with our good friends The Higleys', their son Jeron is Blake's friend so it worked out perfectly. It was nice to have another family there so we could trade off watching eachothers' kids while we went on rides.

Our house
Here is a picture of my grandpa's house and Mt. Olympus that is right in back of it. We live on the east bench in Holladay. About 4500 South and 2800 East. It sure is beautiful. From some spots you can see the whole valley.

We're here
The boys last lunch in Reno, Nevada.
Our 53' moving truck!
We are finally here in Utah and getting settled in. For those of you who didn't know. We are living in my Grandpa's house in Holladay. He doesn't live here any more and the house has been up for sale for over a year now. So we decided to save ourselves some money by living here until we buy a house this summer. After 2 weeks from being here some people came to look at the house and they ended up putting in an offer and BOUGHT IT! I was so stressed, just thinking of moving again made me ill. So we went house hunting for something to rent and found a house in North Salt Lake. The day we were to sign papers we get a call from the realtor and the sale on the house fell through. The people wanted more money off the house and their closing costs covered, my grandpa said forget it. So we were good to stay here. What an answer to prayers. We just got the boys settled in school, I made a friend (yay!), and our ward was awesome. I just wasn't ready to leave yet. As for now we will reside here until the summertime sometime.
