Last fall Boondocks was built less than a mile down the street from our house. The boys get coupons all the time from school for bowling, laser tag, etc. So we went for a family home evening to go bowling. We all had a great time. Especially Kira, she was excited to get shoes, even though they were a little big.

Kira's Birthday Party

We had a small party with some of Kira's cousins last Friday. She really enjoyed her party this year, it was fun seeing her get excited about opening presents and blowing the candles out.

My Baby Girl is 2

Well I can't believe it, time has gone way too fast. Kira is officially 2, but the size of a 1 year old. At her well visit she weighed a whopping 21 lbs, 1% on the charts, and 31" ,4th %. She is a great eater, but just on the petite side. The doctor was a little alarmed by her weight, but I assured him that she is my best eater and that I was not concerned.

I found this baby set at Costco at Christmas time and it has been sitting in my garage ever since. I have been dying to give it to her. So far she has loved it!

A New Do

So I decided to chop my hair off. I needed a little change so I dyed my hair a dark brown and then got 6 inches cut off. I love it! The first picture is when I dyed my hair and before I cut it. The other picture was of course after I cut it, Jesse took the picture and it didn't turn out that great. You get the idea.

Happy 4th Birthday Jeren

On the 4th we celebrated Jerens' 4th birthday! Well to be exact we celebrated all week. On Monday we went out to Red Robins' to celebrate Jeren and Kira's birthdays. Jeren was so excited because they brought us a big piece of ice cream cake after dinner for his birthday. Then on Wednesday we went to Chuck E. Cheese and had a great time, as always. On Thursday was his REAL birthday. We just had a small family party wich cake and presents. The poor kid was confused all week about which day was the day he could open his presents, it was so cute.

I can't believe he is 4 already. Actually, I am so thankful he is 4. Ages 2 and 3 were not the easiest. He is a wonderful big brother to Kira, always sticking up for her and he always shows so much love to everyone (most of the time)! We are so glad that he is in our family:)

I love photoshop

So I bought a book to help me learn to use photoshop. This was my first creation. This picture was taken at Aunt Mary's house in Bountiful, I combined 4 different shots into 1. Kind've cool!!
